Designed specifically to provide lenders with assurance that any IP over which they take a legal charge is clearly defined, Lenders can gain swift access to the materials detailed within the agreement should their customers default on their repayment obligations. These materials could include the source code of a software application, or the designs for a microchip, or any other proprietary intellectual property offered up as collateral for an investment.
