Escrow Live Portal
Escrow Live is our highly secure web portal allowing our global software escrow client base of suppliers and end-users manage their accounts online.

Registered clients can:
- order a new escrow agreement
- view all existing agreements
- change contact details on any agreement
- register additional licensees to a multi-licensee agreement (suppliers)
- obtain an overall financial account summary
- deposit source code securely for each agreement
- download the integrity test report for each deposit
- download a signed copy of the escrow agreement
Security
Security and performance were of paramount importance when developing the portal due to the size of the uploaded files and the huge commercial implications of unauthorized access to proprietary source code. We drew on the extensive experience of our highly qualified and experienced security and performance testing teams who were closely involved in the specification, development and rigorous testing of the portal.
Client Support
While Escrow Live is available to all NCC Group clients, each client continues to have a dedicated Client Services Executive guiding them through the escrow process (from advising them on the most appropriate solution for their needs to ensuring the necessary paperwork is completed correctly).
