NCC Group, Inc. Delivers Secure IP Escrow Solutions with Chaperon
SAN JOSE, California, September 9th, 2008 -- NCC Group, Inc., an independent global provider of Escrow Solutions, Assurance Testing, and Consultancy, today announced a strategic partnership with Chaperon, LLC, to provide a suite of Secure IP Escrow Solutions to its clients.
Chaperon's technology allows NCC Group clients to access, develop, review, and inspect source code Intellectual Property (IP) from a secure repository or within a tamper-proof environment.
NCC Group will offer an enhanced escrow solution suite powered by Chaperon's leading class technology. All components of the solution suite utilize Chaperon's unique, patent-pending technologies. This suite of services, known as NCC Group's Secure Vault Suite™, includes Active Escrow Repository™, Secure Inspection Portal™, and Secure Development Environment™.
Chaperon's technology allows NCC Group clients to access, develop, review, and inspect source code and Intellectual Property (IP) from a secure repository or within a tamper-proof environment. The Active Escrow Repository allows for "real-time" deposits into an escrow
account and produces sophisticated reports detailing the additions and changes to a source code repository. The Secure Inspection Portal allows companies to securely review a developer's confidential work without compromising the source code to unauthorized use. The Secure Development Network allows IP owners to extend controlled access to their proprietary source code to third-party development partners.
