NCC Group, Inc.'s executive team consists of:


Rob Cotton, Chief Executive Officer

Rob Cotton has been Chief Executive since 2003, having joined the Group as Finance Director and Managing Director of Escrow in 2000. He steered the Group through its move to the London Stock Exchange's main market in July 2007 following admission to AIM in July 2004, and through a management buy-out in April 2003. As well as delivering consistent organic growth in revenue and profits, he has initiated and overseen a series of strategic expansion plans including the acquisition of complementary businesses worldwide. A qualified chartered accountant, he previously held a number of director and senior management positions in the industry.


Felicity Brandwood, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary

Felicity Brandwood, a qualified solicitor, was appointed a director of Escrow Solutions in 2006 alongside her role as Group Company Secretary, having joined the Group in 1984. Along with day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the Group's Escrow Solutions division, she is responsible for the overall operation of the US business and implementation of the Group's US expansion plans.


Craig Motta, Vice President, North America

Craig Motta joined NCC Group as General Manager, N.A in 2006 following the acquisition of the Escrow business of Recall Total Information Management. As Vice President, he is responsible for developing the strategy and execution of the North American division, as well as driving profitable growth and consistent service delivery. Craig previously held several leadership positions within Recall, including Sales Director of Recall's North American Document Management Business.


Samuel Sweet, Sr. Manager, Strategic Client Services

Samuel Sweet joined NCC Group in 2008. As the Senior Manager for Strategic Client Services, his responsibilities include managing the Sales and Client Services group as well as developing customized solutions for complex business partnerships. With over 18 years of experience in the technology sector with roles spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, he understands the challenges organizations face when addressing Enterprise Risk Management issues with IT acquisitions.


Sangeeta Sastry, PMP, Marketing Manager

Sangeeta Sastry joined NCC Group in 2008. As the Marketing Manager, her responsibilities include overseeing the development and execution of integrated Marketing strategies, as well as managing the overall Customer Experience. With over 10 years of Marketing and IT Project Management experience across multiple industries, she is well versed in IT Risk Management strategies.


Joanne Lavis, Operational Process Manager

Joanne Lavis has worked for NCC Group for over seven years in a variety of Operational roles. She is responsible for the day-to-day Operational processes as well as the Administrative functions for the North American division. She is also responsible for NCC Group’s Quality programs.
